These terms apply to anyone browsing this catalogue and placing a wholesale inquiry or order with Arun Silver ("we," "us"). By using this site or sending us an inquiry, you agree to the terms below.
This website is a product catalogue for wholesale buyers (jewellery makers, retailers, exporters) — it is not a retail checkout. No prices are listed on individual items because 925 sterling silver is priced against the day's silver rate. Browsing the catalogue and adding items to your inquiry list does not create an order or a binding contract; it only sends us a request for a quote.
There is no fixed minimum order quantity — you may order any quantity of any design. Pricing is quoted per gram/piece against the live silver rate at the time of order confirmation, not at the time of browsing.
Full payment is required in advance, before dispatch. We do not currently offer partial-advance or credit terms.
We ship pan-India, and export worldwide. Shipping cost, import duties and taxes for international orders are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing. Dispatch and transit times will be confirmed with your order.
All catalogue photographs are of genuine 925 sterling silver stock. Handmade/hand-finished pieces (particularly the Bali Beads collection) may have minor natural variation in finish, oxidation, or detailing between individual pieces of the same design — this is normal for handcrafted silverwork and is not a defect. All full-size catalogue images carry an Arun Silver watermark and remain our copyright; they may not be reproduced or reused without written permission.
All sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is confirmed and dispatched. The one exception is genuine manufacturing defects or damage that occurred in transit: report these within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, via WhatsApp or email, and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis. Please review your inquiry list carefully before confirming an order.
Since full payment is collected in advance, an order cannot be cancelled once payment has been made and the order confirmed.
We are not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (courier delays, customs holds, force majeure events). Our liability for any confirmed order is limited to the value of that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
We may update these terms as our wholesale process evolves. The version in effect at the time you place a confirmed order applies to that order.
